TruLight Limited is excited and proud to announce it's new expansion project, The Outsource Sales Center. Where we will provide telephone sales jobs for displaced homemakers. This is the result of a group effort of our owners and executives, Jeanne Winfree, Eric Winfree and Daniel Jackson, who are all personally committed to this expansion project.

The nature of our employment will be in the telephone sales industry. We are outfitting a 25 person call center, with additional supporting staff, where our new employees will be able to learn the valuable skill of sales. Telephone sales provides a safe, clean, and anonymous platform. We operate our office from a standpoint of positivity and empowerment. As our program becomes more successful we would like to expand our sales force and also promote from within, giving these women another chance to break the glass ceiling.   There are many different products that our agents will be selling and we are also always on the lookout for additional products for our team to sell, but all of the products somehow make the lives of our customers better. We absolutely do not sell anything illegal, pornographic or dangerous.

Our Outsource Sales Center understands the dynamic nature of a woman's role which is why we offer more than just a job. We offer:

There are many reasons why a woman may find herself suddenly thrust into the main breadwinning position for her family. Whether it be from the death of a spouse, abandonment, divorce, incarceration, or having raised all her children and are ready to get back into the business world these women are in need of employment that can provide real livable wages for themselves and their families. These women may find themselves with the daunting task of having to write a resume, open a bank account, get retrained on new technology, etc.  There are many excellent not-for-profit agencies that can help women with these tasks and re-education, but they cannot provide them with the ever important job.  This is where we come in. We provide the job, the chance for real employment.

We all have personal experience with some woman in our life, close to us, that has been abused, abandoned or suddenly thrust into the primary income earner for the family. "I am an intelligent woman, with a 4-year college degree, a savvy business woman and somehow, many years ago I found myself in an abusive situation. I lived with a boyfriend who was physically, mentally and emotionally abusive. He drained my bank account and I knew I had to leave or it would get so bad that one day it would all be ended for me. Somehow, I found the courage to leave, but I left with nothing but my car, clothes and most importantly my life. I was now faced with the very scarytask of starting over and starting over from a position of being 'broken'. I have worked very hard over these years to improve my circumstances and my life. It is now time for me to give back to others and help other women re-empower themselves. This new program of ours is very dear to my heart and very important for our communities.
